Adidas double layer hooded top
Vintage Adidas Double-Layer Hooded Training Top (c. 2003-2006)
Unusual layered performance piece from Adidas’ experimental early-2000s training era.
This early-mid 2000s adidas top features a built-in double layer construction, combining a short-sleeve hooded outer with contrast long sleeves underneath, a design language strongly associated with Adidas’ performance and training experimentation during the early 2000s. Finished in a bold red body with classic white 3-Stripes running across the shoulders, the piece is accented by a distinctive circular adidas chest graphic incorporating the three bar motif, a logo seen in select early-2000s performance releases.
Constructed from a soft cotton rich jersey with a relaxed athletic cut, the top includes a structured hood, raglan sleeve construction, and contrast black under sleeves that give the illusion of layered styling without added bulk. A standout silhouette that bridges technical sportswear and early 2000s street training aesthetics.
Condition: Good vintage condition with light signs of wear consistent with age. Minor natural fading and fabric softness present. No major flaws observed.
Disclaimer: This is a one-of-one early-mid 2000s adidas vintage piece, produced during a period of experimental layered training silhouettes (c. 2003–2006). Not a modern release.
